Jack Hannum

Jack Hannum is a multifamily property advisor specializing in valuation, dispositions and market analysis for both private and institutional clients who own and manage apartment communities in Arizona. Prior to joining Transwestern in 2008, Jack started his career with CBRE's Financial Consulting Group in 1998 and later worked the CBRE's Anderson/Cunningham multifamily advisory team. Over the previous 10 years, Jack has been involved with the sale of over 270 multifamily communities involving 85,000 units with a total value of $7.5 billion. Jack's passion in his professional career is centered in his client relationships and the joy of being helpful to people.
Growing up in Tucson, Arizona, Jack attended Amphitheater High School and later enlisted in the United States Navy where he served as an Operations Specialist Second Class Petty Officer (E-5) onboard the USS Princeton (CG-59) and participated in Operation Desert Storm. Following his time in the Navy, Jack worked for 5 years as a defense contractor supporting the AEGIS weapon system, while working on obtaining his business degree from California State University. After graduating in 1997, Jack moved to Phoenix where he began his career as a commercial real estate professional.
