54 Units. Affordable, permanent supportive housing community targeting chronically homeless individuals. Designed to meet Housing First Architectural Requirements, the Project will be the first "Housing First" affordable housing community in the State of Arizona. Residents will be wrapped with supportive services tailored to their specific needs. Development partner is the NRP Group. Project-Based Section 8 community. Scheduled to open Summer 2012.
