


Diana has worked within urban and tribal communities since 1972 and has been employed at Native American Connections since 1979. As the President/Chief Executive Officer of Native American Connections, Diana has oversight of 15 service sites and business office locations with service delivery to over 5,000 individuals and families annually throughout Arizona. Diana oversees a $7 million annual operating budget and more than 110 employees and independent contractors. Most recently, her community development leadership was instrumental in securing the financing and establishing the LLC among Native American Connections, the Phoenix Indian Center, and Native Health to own and operate the one-stop Native American Community Service Center. Diana also serves on many local, state and national committees such as the People of Color Network (PCN) - founding member, Southwest Certification Board - President; City of Mesa, Housing Advisory Board; Arizona State University (ASU) Executive MBA and the Nonprofit Management & Leadership Advisory Council; and JPMorgan Chase National Community Advisory Board. Diana's leadership and community involvement has been recognized through several awards including the Phoenix Valley Leadership Woman of the Year in 2003, the Diane LeVan Memorial Award in 2004, and the YWCA's Business Leader of the Year Award in 2008.
