Hedy assures all behavioral health employees of Native American Connections are up-to-date with their training requirements and compliance as set by Arizona Department of Health. She trains staff on the online Essential Learning tutorial website and offers experiential training in cultural curriculums and cultural awareness. She also oversees the Southwest Certification, IC&RC exams, certification and conducting a prep to test training for counselor certification. She joined Native American Connections in 2008.
