Joe, with his broad experience in all phases of affordable housing development and operations, oversees the development and management of the nonprofit's housing stock and real estate portfolio. He has a specific focus on expanding housing opportunities for tribal and other Native American communities, and is versed in intergovernmental affairs between tribal, federal, and state entities and in the leveraging of funds provided through Native American Housing Assistance and Self-Determination Act legislation, low-income housing tax credits, and other affordable housing resources. He joined Native American Connections in 2002.
