Richard is a bilingual, culturally-competent professional with over 20 years in a career marked by consistent cross-functional, cross-industry leadership, team collaboration and respect for the value of culture and diversity. He has extensive knowledge of behavioral health, human development and disparities present in underserved and multi-cultural populations. Since joining Native American Connections in 2007, Richard has provided daily management to the Behavioral Health Division while incorporating coaching, technology, and business relationship cultivation.
