


Sean brings to Native American Connections (NAC), eight years of advanced knowledge of 501-C-3 non-profit organizations. He has over 25 years of experience in corporate accounting, management, finance, development, marketing, acquisitions, budgeting, forecasting, analysis and auditing. He has worked in collaboration with many federal, State and local government agencies.
Sean was drawn to NAC by our mission to improve the lives of Native American individuals and families through culturally appropriate behavioral health services, affordable housing and community development services. He has a passion for serving the public and has coupled his accounting skills with his drive to enrich the Native American Community.
As the CFO, Sean is responsible for all of NAC's fiscal matters and its affiliate organizations, including managing the operating and development budget and implementing business strategies across the organization. Sean oversees all compliances and recognition for government (federal and state) contracts and private grants.
In addition, Sean is responsible for cash, investment and asset management. He utilizes financial analyses to provide insight into the organization's operation and business plans. He develops long-term financial plans and projections and represents the company to financial partners, institutions, investors, foundation executives, auditors and public officials. He manages the preparation and communication of monthly and annual financial statements and provides strategic and technical planning for information technology to meet the organization's objectives.
Sean has an MBA from The University of Utah and has lived in the valley for four years. Native American Connections is honored and excited to have Sean as part of our team!
