INTAKE & ASSESSMENT
Referrals
- Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
- Assessments & Intakes are Scheduled by Appointment
- Intakes - 45 minutes
- Assessments - Up to 2 hours
Walk-Ins
- Walk-Ins will be seen between scheduled appointments
- No Referral Required
- Those who present under the influence of drugs or alcohol are REFERRED to DETOX
INTENSIVE OUTPATIENT PROGRAM (IOP)
- Adult - 8 Week Program - Half Day & Full Day (Monday-Friday)
- Adult - 8 Week Program - Evening (Monday-Thursday)
- Adolescent - 12 Week Program - Evening program (Monday-Thursday)
- DUI Services - Screening, Education, and Treatment
- Peer Support & Recovery Coaches assist with Engagement, Group & Social Support
CIRCLE OF STRENGTH (COS) FAMILY INTENSIVE PROGRAM
- Family Immersion Program
- 16 Hour Education & Experiential Learning
- Supporting your family member in treatment & long-term recover
