- Clinical Supervisor - IOP - Dynamic opportunity to blend Best Practices with Traditional Native Healing. Supervise teams of clinicians, peers, and case management to support innovative substance abuse services within a structured Intensive Outpatient Program. Under the direct supervision of the Clinical Director, develops, implements, and supervises a comprehensive system of outpatient clinic services that respond to the targeted community’s needs and support the organization’s overall mission, philosophy, and goals. This position participates as an integral member of the management staff of Native American Connections. This position requires a master’s degree as well as a Board of Behavioral Health license in Counseling, Social Work and/or Substance Abuse.
