35-units. HUD permanent supportive housing. Studios & one-bedrooms. Case management services for homeless individuals and families who are employed or receiving permanent benefits. Residents enjoy a community club house for meetings and family use. 8-units designated for persons with Serious Mental Illness (SMI). Opened 2003.

Permanent Supportive Housing

Household must be homeless and have a permanent disability at time of application. Residents are case managed throughout their residency.

Sunrise Circle is a drug and alcohol free community.

• Community center with pool table and planned activities
• Rent based on household income and income restrictions apply
