Permanent supportive housing. 35 furnished studios and one bedroom apartments with case management services for homeless individuals and families who are employed or receiving permanent benefits. Residents enjoy a community club house for meetings and family use.

Household must be homeless and have a permanent disability at time of application. Residents are case managed throughout their residency. Minimum Income Required.

Sunrise Circle is a drug and alcohol free community.
