Financed in part through the City of Glendale's Neighborhood Stabilization Program, this new affordable housing community will transform a vacant, lender-owned/foreclosed 4 acre parcel in central Glendale. Tenants will only pay 30% of their Adjusted Monthly Gross Income for rent with capital and operational support provided by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development's Section 202 Supportive Housing For Elderly Program.
