Financed in part through the City of Glendale's Neighborhood Stabilization Program, this new affordable housing community will transform a vacant, lender-owned/foreclosed 4 acre parcel in central Glendale. Tenants will only pay 30% of their Adjusted Monthly Gross Income for rent with capital and operational support provided by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development's Section 202 Supportive Housing For Elderly Program. Scheduled to open Fall 2012.
