Encanto Pointe Groundbreaking

Encanto Pointe Housing First is part of a larger regional effort to complete 1000 units of permanent supportive housing for the chronically homeless and will be the first "Housing First" affordable housing community in Phoenix. Developed in partnership with The NRP Group, Encanto Pointe Housing First will consist of 54 one-bedroom units targeted to the chronically homeless. Operating under the "housing first" strategy and philosophy that safe, affordable housing is a basic human right, it employs a simple harm reduction approach. Residents, at their request, will be wrapped with supportive services tailored to their specific needs.
