Erin Rosenfeld is an ASU Intern completing her MSW internship at NAC Guiding Star. During her first semester, she observed group facilitation, completed a treatment plan, and worked with clients . During the second semester, her experience included: co-facilitating a group, completing milieus, progress notes, and discharge summaries for clients. She also shadowed a case manager for a client intake and observed the Circle of Strength (COS) 16- hour Family Intensive Program. In addition, she attended Talking Circle and Red Road groups to become familiar with NAC's Native Traditional Healing practices .

Erin has been very motivated and always willing to learn. She was flexible as she helped other clinicians with the milieu notes. She attended an AA meeting , completed seven treatment plans and five treatment plan reviews with clients , and co- facilitated primary group when counselors were out She did a very good job and was able handle conflicts.

Erin received her Bachelors Degree in Psychology, and is majoring in Social Work. She is finishing her first year towards a Master's degree and is planning to work in the Behavioral Health field. Thanks Erin for being part of Native American Connection's Guiding Star Team !
