Brian Greathouse is a land use, zoning, and real estate attorney with Burch & Cracchiolo.He has a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Juris Doctor (JD) from Arizona State University.  

Since 2002, Brian has entitled, designed and developed a variety of different types of real estate assets, including master-planned communities, infill single family, multi-family, mixed-use, commercial, industrial, municipal, and golf course developments.  His experience includes rezonings, stipulation modifications, variances and use permits, site plans, and preliminary and final plat approvals.  Additionally, Brian has successfully negotiated Pre-Annexation Agreements, Development Agreements, and other private agreements between developers, land owners and municipalities.  Brian also provides legal advice on condemnation matters and provides transactional real estate services to his Clients, such as purchase and sale, lease, easement agreements and CC&Rs. 

 Brian is a member of the Fond du Lac Band of Minnesota Chippewa Tribe.  When he’s not practicing law, Brian enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, camping, golfing, and snowboarding.
