Gail Stelling
Chief Financial Officer
Gail Stelling brings over 25 years of experience in corporate accounting, management, finance, development, marketing, acquisitions, budgeting, forecasting, analysis, and auditing. As CFO, Gail is responsible for all of NAC’s and its affiliate organizations fiscal matters including managing the operating and development budget and implementing business strategies. Gail oversees all compliance and regulations for government contracts and private grants. Additionally, Gail is responsible for cash, investment and asset management. She utilizes financial analyses to provide insight into the organization’s operation and business plans. She works across the organization to develop long-term financial plans and projections. She manages the preparation and communication of monthly and annual financial statements and provides strategic and technical planning for information technology to meet the organization’s objectives.
She brings with her a Master’s degree in Rural Development from University of Alaska and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Indiana University. She is an Alaska Native and a Tribal member of Curyung located in Dillingham, Alaska.
