Jennifer Jennings

Sr. Director of Property & Asset Management

Jennifer joined Native American Connections in March of 2019.  She was born in Southern California but has called Arizona home for over 15 years. 

She began her career in property management in 1998 working for a developer of Section 42 tax credit apartment building for senior. Over her time in property management, she has worked onsite, managed multiple properties and was the portfolio manager/ controller of a single family rental portfolio.  Before coming to NAC, she managed over 600 units ranging from single family homes to small apartment communities.  She was responsible to 42 separate property owners and oversaw their portfolios thru rental, rehab and sale.  She prepared all monthly and annual reports, marketing material, company and rental policies. 

Jennifer oversees and supports the onsite property management team for Native American Connections.  She is responsible for all leasing, maintenance, capital improvements, staffing, documentation, compliance and city/state reporting for all NAC properties. She supports the case management team on the PSH (permanent supportive housing) sites.
