Jennifer Young, MC, LPC

Sr. Director of Integrated Health

Jennifer Young, MC, LPC brings over 25 years of experience in the behavioral health field. Born and raised in Central Phoenix, Jennifer is dedicated to improving the quality and the access to health care services in her community. Jennifer obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Arizona State University, then a Master of Counseling degree from University of Phoenix. She has been a Licensed Professional Counselor since 2000, and has worked in many settings, both direct service and leadership roles, in all levels of care. Jennifer has been part of the process of implementing and creating workflows for Integrated Care since the first licenses were issued in Arizona. She feels it is essential to increase both health literacy and trust of the population in order to improve outcomes, which ultimately means improved quality of life and an increase in longevity.
