Native American Connections is part of the Single Adult Coordinated Entry System in Maricopa County.

A referral from the Coordinated Entry system is required to fill any vacancies that arise at our permanent supportive housing communities as we do not keep a waitlist. Please check the Coordinated Entry Point Flyer to find the appropriate agent to get you enrolled. Other occupancy restrictions may apply.
