Sunrise Circle features 35 furnished studio and one bedroom apartments and is focused on serving individuals who are disabled due to serious mental illness, substance or alcohol abuse. The community includes 10 units for homeless adults

Native American Connections is part of the Single Adult Coordinated Entry System in Maricopa County.

A referral from the Coordinated Entry system is required to fill any vacancies that arise at our permanent supportive housing communities as we do not keep a waitlist. Please check the Coordinated Entry Point Flyer to find the appropriate agent to get you enrolled. Other occupancy restrictions may apply.
