We are excited to share that a beautiful new mural has been completed at Osborn Pointe, bringing vibrant color and community spirit to the space.

This inspiring work of art could not have been possible without the help of local muralist Jesse Yazzie and the support of dedicated volunteers, whose teamwork and passion turned this meaningful design into a lasting symbol of resilience for residents and visitors alike.
We are grateful to everyone who contributed to this project and helped bring new life to Osborn Pointe. Stay tuned for our video of the mural painting and an in-depth explanation of the meaning behind the design from the artist.

In order to meet the ‘‘chronically homeless’’ definition, the individual also must have been living as described above continuously for at least twelve (12) months or on at least four (4) separate occasions in the last three (3) years, where the combined occasions total a length of time of at least twelve (12) months. Each period separating the occasions must include at least seven (7) nights of living in a situation other than a place not meant for human habitation, in an emergency shelter or in a safe haven.
