Saguaro Ki Transitional Housing

Saguaro Ki Housing Program for Youth

Located adjacent to HomeBase, Saguaro Ki offers 24 furnished studio apartmentsUtilities are included and residents have access to on-
site laundry, BBQs and community room.

Saguaro Ki is for youth, ages 18-24. Residents sign a six month lease with rent based on 30% of income (minimum income is required at move-in); leases can be renewed twice making an 18-month stay possible.

An on-site case manager will help residents improve their
independent living skills in preparation for moving on to more permanent housing.  Youth can also access programs and services offered at next door at HomeBase and through Native American Connections Behavioral Health Services.
