Native American Connections offers Telehealth for all Outpatient Services. Call 602-424-2060 to schedule an appointment. New clients can complete an assessment over the phone.

Beginning June 1st, NAC is offering limited in-person services.  All clients are required to wear a face covering and practice social distancing.  A mask will be provided if you do not have one.  Other safety protocols may be in place including temperature checks and completion of a COVID-19 Screening Questionnaire.
